Going by convention a text similarities below 15% is acceptable. But even in case of 15% similarity, if the matching text is one continuous block of borrowed material, it will be considered as plagiarized text of significant concern.

It should be in 250 words structured with context (back ground), aims, methodology, results and conclusion with 3-7 key words
Need for the study, Aim of the study, Statement of the problem, Objectives, Operational definitions, Assumption/Hypothesis, expected outcome.
Research approach, Research design, Setting, Population, Sample, Sample size , Sampling technique, Criteria for sample selection, Variables , Description of tools , Specify the Institutional Ethical clearance obtained, pilot study, Data collection procedure and Plan for Data Analysis.
Should be given in logical sequence in the text, tables and illustrations, giving most important or main findings. At least four tables and figures should be added.
It must include summary of key findings, strengths and limitations of the study and controversies raised by the study, attritions ( if there), Repetition of result/ table to be avoided.

- a. Number the references, the order of their first appearance in the text
- b. Each listed reference should be cited in the text
- c. Reference citations in the text should be identified by numbers in the brackets (e.g {4})
- d. Use the form of references prescribed by ICMJE, i.e., Vancouver reference style.
